Delivery & Returns

As soon as an order has completed we strive to ship the next working day via Singapore Post depending on what service you have selected. Orders placed before 2pm GMT Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day.

Worldwide Shipping

We currently ship to all countries around the globe. Please allow up to 1-3 weeks to receive your package. Any customs/import charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Local Delivery (Singapore)

Local delivery is free of charge only for residents residing in Singapore. Please allow up to 1-3 working days to receive your package. 

Returns

Please contact us at thebuttersilk@gmail.com with details of your order to arrange a return and we will advise with the correct return address when we receive your email. Please note, this only applies if the order is incorrect or if the pillowcase has a defect. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds for pillowcases that have been embroidered. Return/refunds must be made within 14 days of receipt of your original order. You are responsible for the costs of returning an order. We endeavour to process returns within 2 weeks of receipt. All refunds will be issued to the method used for payment.
